This property-owners association will be formed when the individual lot owners and the Lomas Coronado developers alike feel it is time to share the cost of common components of the infrastructure and maintenance that involve everyone alike.

Among the services that the properties association will eventually look after are water, electricity and road/common grounds maintenance. The Lomas Coronado developers also envisage a 24-hour security guard post at the entrance to the community.

It's too early to be specific; the statutes and responsibilities of the property/home-owners association (POA) will be determined and amended as necessary by mutual agreement of all the owners and the developers.
